The Hospitality courses at Imagine Education Australia can open a world of opportunities to students. Whether you want to work as a chef in a kitchen or as a manager in a 5 star hotel, we can help you achieve your goals! The Hospitality Industry covers a diverse range of establishments providing hospitality services in the form of accommodation, food and beverage. Competencies gained as a result of undertaking these programs allows students to enter the workforce with the skills and knowledge required to secure an entry level position in a commercial kitchen, leading to a career as a Cook. Employment can be gained working in hotels, clubs, restaurants, casinos, cruise ships, island resorts, hospitals, motels, entertainment centres, employee food service centres, catering businesses and white boats (luxury boats). The start date for all of the courses below is Monday 13th October 2008. UNIFORMS: All students will be provided with the relevant uniform(s) including shoes for their area of study and will be expected to wear the appropriate uniform at all times. Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) will be provided with a practical uniform. EQUIPMENT: All students will be issued with the relevant practical equipment for their course. In the case of a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) students will be provided with a Chef’s Kit which will include all the kitchen equipment required to complete their qualification.
